Completing my baccalaureate helped me to achieve my higher education in Canada, since I was looking to apply to a Canadian college in a career that did not exist in my country. The Baccalaureate allowed me to take courses that the same career required me.

Taking courses aligned with my university career was very beneficial, as it gave me more opportunities when applying to universities in Canada. Even when I was already in, it provided me with a foundation of what my career was all about. Studying at Canaway Private School helped me adjust to all my classes and assignments being in English.

All the teachers exceeded my expectations. At the beginning I was afraid that I would not be able to integrate into the class because my English is not perfect. However, the teachers are very understanding and are always available to solve our doubts. In addition, they do a continuous follow-up. They are supporting us all the time, even when we are not in the live classes.

Throughout the academic year I received incredible support from Canaway faculty and staff. In addition, I received advice on how to submit my applications and essays to universities in Canada. After all the effort, I obtained a full scholarship for the Business Administration program at Trent University.

The courses were very interesting, I learned many concepts that I did not see in my school (Peru) and that I knew would be necessary for the university because they are courses that are required for the program. In Canaway you take those classes from your country and you can apply to the university or college. The professors are very didactic, willing to help. With Canaway I was able to adapt to my classes in Canada, because of the language and handling more academic subjects.

During my year of study at Canaway Private School I was supported in choosing and applying to different universities according to the ones I felt most comfortable with. They made sure I knew in detail the programs and why I should choose them. Thanks to the mentoring of the professors I was able to choose the best option.

Canaway gave me all the confidence I needed and they have a professional team in all aspects. They helped me in the whole process of applying to universities and scholarships, once I finished grade 12 (Canadian Baccalaureate).
