The courses at Canaway were truly interesting. I learned concepts I hadnít seen at my school in Peru and that I now apply in Canada. For example, I learned how to write formal essays, the citation process used in Canada, time management, and the psychology of learning. I really liked the teachers and Canawayís methodology, especially because it allowed me to improve my writing. The instructors were very well prepared and had an excellent command of English, as well as of economic topics.
All of the teachers exceeded my expectations. At first my English wasnít very good, but within a few classes I felt more confident and excited to participate. The classes were very interactive, which allowed me to express myself freely. The teachers were also very kind and provided constant support, even outside class.
During my year at Canaway, I received support at every stage of the process. The school helped me choose the right courses, plan my path to university, and meet the requirements. Thanks to the flexibility of the process, I was able to choose the best option.
During the academic year, I received incredible support from Canawayís academic and career guidance team. In addition to stimulating, high-quality content, I also received guidance to choose my university and degree. I was admitted to the Business Administration program at Trent University.
Taking distance courses for my future university studies was quite a challenge, but Canaway helped me stay focused. The teachers supported me during stressful moments and always encouraged me to keep going. Now I feel more prepared to study in Canada.
